All in all, it was superb base for travelling to Tokyo...

the twin room we were given had a private safe, an electronic key card, and a work desk. the bed was very clean.

the a single room i got was complete with coffee maker, all the necessities plus electric kettle. absolutely perfect and convenient location, tokyo international airport was 12 miles away. the hotel was an ideal base for enjoying a very nice area.

Make sure to get a twin room with electric kettle, all the necessities, coffee maker.

Recommend for a weekend outing

Super clean, prime location, with tons of free amenities like robes, slippers, and hair dryers, and a delicious free breakfast served from 7-11am with tasty sandwiches, all located just 5 minutes' walk from the nearest station.

Could not be improved in any way.

It's inconvenient that luggage cannot be stored after check-out!!! The complimentary water bottles should be easily accessible, especially in a self-check-in environment!!! A slightly wider bed would significantly enhance comfort in the single rooms!!!

During my three-night stay, the check-in process was smooth but I found the amenities rather limited. The breakfast options were underwhelming and the space felt quite cramped. A pleasant surprise was the staff's kindness, though I suggest being prepared with your own meals for the best experience.

Spacious room, comfortable bed, and clean amenities. Loved having a massive TV with streaming options like Netflix. The shower pressure was excellent too. The location near Ebisu station allowed easy access to restaurants and shops. Breakfast included a simple choice, just bread with butter or cheese, but there are plenty of convenience stores nearby to grab more food. A little downside was the cafe often had a queue during busy hours. One major issue was the inability to store luggage after check-out with some hassle. Many lockers at the train station were already full when I got there, disrupting my plans for the last day. While the room size was decent, I noticed the bed in single rooms felt small for taller guests. It's a great place if you prioritize location and amenities over some minor inconveniences.

My recent stay was fantastic with a modern and comfortable room that's only a few steps from the beautiful Yebisu Garden Place Tower, and I loved that it was just a short walk to Shibuya Crossing for all the city buzz.

The automatic check in was smooth, no hassle just walk in and boom,,, done! The bed was surprisingly comfy, I mean after those long days chasing leads, just collapsing into that bed was like heaven.

It costs a bit much if you're on a budget, but you'll survive.
